Application for Medical Bill Assistance

 Blessings Boutique Thrift Store is dedicated to helping individuals and families who are struggling with cancer medical bills. Our goal is to support those in the community with the greatest financial need and provide relief where we can each month. 

Anyone facing difficulty paying cancer medical expenses may apply. Decisions are based on financial need and available funds for the month.  Applicants with lower incomes will be given priority consideration. 

 Applications must be submitted online using the form provided on this page. Each application is valid for one month only and must be resubmitted for any future bills. For example, if you apply in November, your request will be reviewed between December 1 and December 15. In-store staff cannot accept or process applications. 

 All applications are reviewed from the first through the fifteenth of the following month. Approvals depend on the amount of funds available and the level of financial need shown. Approved applicants will be notified by email and/or phone. 

Applicants should upload a copy of the medical bill they need help with. Proof of income or other documents showing financial hardship may also be submitted. A valid photo ID may be requested for verification.
